ABSTRACT
Problems in the management of medicines in the
District / City still often found in areas of health, therefore the performance
of the officers involved in medication management needs serious attention. The
purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge and compensation
toward work performance of medicine management officers at
the health centre in the district of Pontianak.
This research is shaped explanatory survey, in which the sample is the medicine management officers entire that
amount to 30 person in 14 health centers located in
Pontianak regency. Data obtained through interviews using questionnaires and
observation about implementing medication management in community health
centers. The data is then analyzed with multiple
regression method at the level of 95% with the help of Statistic Program for
Social Science (SPSS) version 20.
The results are statistically
shown that variable of knowledge and variable of compensation significantly influence toward
work performance of medicine management
officers
at the health centre
(significance < 0.05). The
number of
independent variables simultaneously
influence was 94.9%. Variable of knowledge has a more dominant effect on work
performance of medicine management officers than
variable of compensation.
